It appears the passion for this year’s general election is nowhere near that of four years ago as both Hood River and Wasco counties are receiving a trickle of returns as local and national candidates vie for seats.

Ballots are trickling into the Wasco County Courthouse after being delivered mostly on Saturday, Oct. 19.
